Former US President Donald Trump’s White House chief of Staff Mark Meadows is seeking to dismiss the case by taking it to the higher court after being criminally charged with his 77-year-old boss who attempted to interfere in Georgia’s state election results in 2020, according to his court filings Tuesday.
